Not just California but a few other states according to TX Realtors Report for 2021. See attached. I walking in my neighborhood and around Collin county I see a lot of cars with out-of-state plates. Colllin county is ranked very high with new arrivals.

I wanted to join the Marines but they told me my ASVAB scores were too high.

I scored the same as you but, funnily enough, after I took the ASVAB every recruiter that came to our high school tried to recruit me.

As an old man, I look back on that and think my life would have been better if I had signed up with one. Any one of them would have been far better than the life I lived right after high school.

I had already talked with Army recruiters before testing.


My mistake was being stupid and going for an MOS that went along with what I enjoyed at the time instead of something that would be valuable after my service ended.
