Good post. I have a few rifles that fire 7.62x54R, and they will go through a good bit of stuff. I've seen them go through a 10" diameter log with no troubles.

That website has TONS of great info and tests. Some of the ones I really like are ballistic tests of certain ammo like Extreme Shock or RBCD, which have proved all their hype and marketing are pure BS.
