Well I can't decide and I need help. Who ever gets the most votes will be the next one. Pick X95 tavor(cool factor and I don't have a bull pup),
6.5 grendel AR15(no I haven't get to building it yet, hunting),
6.5 creedmoor DMR build(just cause, distance shooting and hunting)
Nazi mauser98(cool factor and my weird interest in nazi germany), swiss k31(cool factor and I hear it's really accurate),
Henry lever action in 45 colt ( I like 45 colt and I like lever action), Winchester model 70 in 270(pre 64, hunting uses.

BTW I don't think the old style is inferior to the X95.
I found an original new for 1400 (not cheap) because the demand is for the X95 for 1800!


To be offbeat find one in 9mm like mine.
It's a joy to shoot.

All of them. Can't believe it hasn't been said yet.

But personally I have found long range shooting (DMR or Grendel) quenches all thirst for new firearms and becomes a passion in itself. Getting smaller groups and hits farther away seems to be a never ending obsession.

Plinking and range toys get old quickly for me.

If you do have a lever gun already, get the Tavor.

I vote K31, it's a lot more accurate than I'll ever be, I need to take mine out more often. The straight pull bolt action never seems to stop amazing me at the craftsmanship.
