Guns and Ammo FS on Craigslist??

I just spent like 2 minutes digging around the for sale stuff on CL and found ammo, hi-cap magazines and people wanting to trade stuff for guns! There's a nice kayak up for trade, HA! I thought that kind of stuff was prohibited on Craigslist and ePay?

I've actually bought and sold some guns on CL. I know it's against the rules, and if I get flagged I don't mind so much.
