At first glance, the sale looks totally out of line, but the value is there. I thought the same thing when I first saw it, "holy crap this guy has gone mental!" I do that alot, but sometimes when I read the ad it makes sense. And ofcourse sometimes not.

The gun that Mr.Seattle was selling was a special edition Glock that is 1 / 1000, that's why it was $1000. The guns were given out to officers coming back from Operation Desert Storm.

Looks like people need to do some reading before they jump on someone.

I'd buy it back in a heart beat too. I only sold it after Hurricane IKE hit and 4 weeks without power lead to some unexpected expenses. (thought I was prepared for emergency.... lesson learned) I showed it over at Fountain Firearms and they said they would "even trade" me for any Glock in the store including $1100 long-slide. But I really needed the cash so I put it up for sale here. Thanks Again TexasGunTrader!
