    Threatening is not free speech.

Crimes and vandalism are not free speech.

Is that what happened? If it did then yes, crush the shit-stirrers without mercy and let the others continue to protest. I just haven't seen anything confirming more than protesting, but then again there may have been underreported "Mostly peaceful" protests.

I dont see how Abbot is wrong here. Can you explain?

I can't really. Opposing Isreal's military operations can be done without any anti-semitism. I can't explain why that isn't obvious when it should be.

This whole topic is really weird to observe as so many people refuse to have a molecule of objectivity or nuance about it. Anything that even remotely pushes back on anything Israel does often gets immediate rabid accusations of anyi-semitism and even Nazism; it's absurd. This may be the only hot button issue more extreme than ahortion or capital punishment.

Even otherwise intelligent educated people like Ben Shapiro can't help but be an unquestioning, rationalizing fanatic about the matter. It's disheartening to see people on the right act just as mindlessly rabid as the left. The right is supposed to be better at reasoning.

I don't think ignorance and stupidity are necessarily included as constitutional rights of Americans.

The only things being demonstrated to me on our college campuses by these kids' pro-Hamas stance is ignorance bordering on insanity. Maybe they, and maybe even their parents, should be deported to Iran.

    UT's statement on yesterday:
...a number of protestors, many believed to be non-UT affiliated individuals, erected a tent encampment on the South Lawn, with a barricade enclosure of tables secured by metal chains, and strategically placed tools, tents, and rocks. When approached, protestors escalated by becoming physically and verbally combative...

Not anymore. Diversity is more important than SAT scores
I heard yesterday that a student was accepted to Columbia with an essay that simply typed BLACK LIVES MATTER 100 times. I'd love to see the scoring feedback. "Clear, bold, heroic, inclusive message. Somewhat repetitive, but uniquely creative."

These protests are run by the same agitators that organized the BLM and Antifa riots. It's not about a cause, it is about anarchy. Here is a shot of one that didn't even change his shirt.

Yesterday afternoon there were ~100 kids walking around the perimeter of McCallum high school with a Palestinian flag. A couple AISD vehicles were escorting along the street. A couple kids had bull horns. They were yelling into the bull horns, so it was difficult to understand what they were saying. What little we could make out, we didn't get how it related to Israel and Palestine. I think they only went around once.

Wtf is going on with the people in charge of this country? On multiple campuses these terrorists are now taking over buildings on campus. I also just saw at UNC they took down the US flag off the flag pole and raised the Palestinian flag. What is Joe doing? Harshly condemning the actions. What are local authorities doing? Nada. And the administration of the schools say this might be grounds for expulsion. Might? Where is the national guard? These are criminal acts. And what constitutes an act of war now days? This is absolutely mind boggling.
