I should really shoot this more.

I had the bull barrel 10 1/2" back in the 80's, shot IHMSA with it. Open sights with the front sight you could adjust to make it look fatter or skinny.Browning Buckmark plus with old school red accudot. View attachment 242441

Sounds like you had the silhouette version with the sights. Here’s the varmint model. No sights, designed to be scoped.I had the bull barrel 10 1/2" back in the 80's, shot IHMSA with it. Open sights with the front sight you could adjust to make it look fatter or skinny.
Yes that's it, as you said I had the adjustable sights, if I remember correctly it also had the top rail. Was the barrel length actually 10 5/8? I think the rule was 10 3/4 max so this barrel was 5/8.Sounds like you had the silhouette version with the sights. Here’s the varmint model. No sights, designed to be scoped.

To the best of my knowledge, the Varmint and the Silhouette were both 9 7/8 long. Looking online, I did find one with a 14” barrel, but no mention of 10 5/8.Yes that's it, as you said I had the adjustable sights, if I remember correctly it also had the top rail. Really digging that one piece grip. Totally unique case coloring as well. Congrats!
Wow. That is a new one for me. Very unique looking. Do you plan to shoot it or keep it as more of a display/conversation piece. I sure do hope for the former.
Well done.
