Ok, so this morning after work I bought a set of rope lights for my safe.
I got home and went to work routing the lights through the entire safe like I wanted from bottom to top, but now I'm stuck.
I'm to the point to where I need to mount them to the roof of the safe which is lined with a really thin, fine felt.
I thought about hot glue but read that felt absorbs it too much and doesnt deliver desired results.
I also thought about velcro but I'm pretty sure there isnt enough felt for the hooks to grab on to.
This is where your guys come in....
    All suggestions apprecited

i went cheap to see what would happen and just got some velcro from radio shack, cut it up into many thin slivers and it actually held so I guess Im done. we'll see if it last thought. and yes, i did check just the hook side on the felt and no dice...it didnt even entertain the idea of sticking.
Next im just gonna have to find and install a door jamb switch to make it operate like i want
