Well start another thread. I want to read this stuff.Students must be given 3 attempts to pass. I have literally taught hundreds of CHL students for their initial licenses. I have never had one fail. I have had two that needed more than the first attempt.
I have not had to remove a CHL student from the line due to lack of safety either. I have done so with MANY security guards. But that is a rant for another thread
