I live in the People's Republic of Massachusetts but because of work now keep an apartment in Wylie. Other than the binding signage and statutory restrictions on hospitals, amusement parks, courts, etc I feel much freer when the plane lands at DFW each week.

It also gives me a chance to augment my collection without requiring permission from my masters in MA. Can you believe a MA FFL can't sell a new Glock because the MA AG considers them unsafe and a violation of consumer protection laws? Not to mention that manufacturers have to put all guns through California like testing to get on an approved roster.

NRA member. Member of Comm2a.org which fights for our rights in MA. 03 FFL because we should all have one to help with our toy collections.

I would think that 50+ year old firearms would not be safer than modern but then that is NOT the intent of the agenda (to ban as many as possible????) Some OLD ones only have 'half-cock' as a safety.

    Welcome.

Don't confuse agenda with logic. We all have regular capacity magazines that are pre Sept 13, 1994 since anything after that with more than 10 rounds is a felony. It is not about safety regardless of what anyone says.

... Not to mention that manufacturers have to put all guns through California like testing to get on an approved roster. .

California made this really simple back in 2013. There are no semi-autos currently in production that can be added to the roster (unless they were previously on the roster and dropped off due to non payment of the listing fee).
