Hello everyone, my name Is Chuck, I live in San Antonio. I am finishing up the process for my LTC certification, have my class next week. Found the forum searching (I use forums for my vice, I am a big car restoration guy and weekend amateur racer), figured there would be a good forum for gun ownership as well. Glad to have found one specifically for Texas!
I am originally from Wyoming, my dad bought me my first rifle, a Marlin M39, for my 11th birthday - loved that rifle. Shooting was a big part of growing up there. I have owned several other rifles and handguns in my life, but now looking to upgrade my handgun to something new, also get something for my wife, and possibly get a new rifle for distance shooting.
Interested in learning all about the latest in quality handguns and rifles, the legal aspects of firearm self defense, and would eventually be interested in sport shooting events in and around San Antonio.
