Yes and no. There was some horn tooting, but the presentation was easy to understand and beats the heck out of (at least me) trying to decipher more govt attorney speak.

Except she didn’t explain shit about the rule. She explicitly spoke to relatively minor wording changes that GOA could claim credit for that had little substantive impact on the overall rule.

That’s a page right out of the NRA playbook and it saddens me GOA ran it.
