    My first thought is that it's gotta be an engineer.

    The good news is that the steering is VERY light!
    With a 57 foot turning radius.

    Check out the front tire. Its hitting the fender in the rear of the wheel well. Has been for a bit if the mark on the tire is interpreted correctly. Too big a tire? Or? Maybe he had no steering and hit something damaging the front end?

    Looks normal to me. I think the angle of the picture is deceiving.
