    Cant say anything about the .223, but the 762x39 is repackaged Uly, which is great stuff.

    If you are close to a cabelas, they have loose boxes , try a couple. If not, check walmart for the White box with black writing, same stuff.

    I like the Federal 62 grain brass-cased GI ammo. It is packed in stripper clips, 420 rounds to the GI ammo can.

    Both Academy and Cabella's sell it.

    Academy: 159.99

    Cabela's: 169.99

    Either way, it is less than fifty cents a round, and you get to keep reload-able brass, stripper clips, and a GI ammo can.

    For a few cents more, go first class!
