Maybe - I'd never get an semi-automatic shotgun without some service/parts in place. And you are going against some hard competition.

Looks wise you have something interesting, yes. But functionality and cost have a big play because of the competition.

it has to be tested, tested and tested again. serious field and lab test must be done to establish safety, reliability and durability

FWIW, just some initial gut feelings:

That buttstock looks much better to my eye.
The receiver and trigger guard, I like.

Not too sure about the forearm and magazine cap.

The forearm looks like an ergonomic design, perhaps a tad bulky, but might well be comfortable in use?
Definitely something you would have to try out.

Hard to say exactly what I don't like about it, but the mag cap just doesn't seem to fit the other design features.
