Very cool! Thanks for sharing. I want to know what's up with that STI 9mm! The bullet looks as if it's already beginning to destabilize just inches from the muzzle.

I'd guess it hasn't stabilized yet. They tend to get better further away from barrel.
I have noticed that surprisingly many of hand gun shots wobble when they leave barrel.

You're right TI. Still, some awesome photos on the site!

We are currently offering services on high speed photography as pilot project for a very reasonable fee.

This is a repost, I'm sure, but on a related subject here's some high-speed photography on the other end of the bullets journey.

Check how dirty 9mm look compared to .22LR. Ammo used in 9mm picture was Magtech fmj but I doubt it has anything to do with shotgun like spray.

Very cool. What is the first gun pictured? Looks like it says Benelli but a .22 pistol from them is new to me.

    Thanks.

It really says Benelli. MP90 S World Cup to be precise. Nice and balanced competion gun.
They're quite common along Pardinis on this side of sea.

Benelli has even made centerfire handguns before, such as the B76. They're just not very common and never caught on in a mainstream fashion.

Thank you for joining us Fingunner, and VERY impressive photography. I know a significant amount of setup, calculation, trial, error, and repetition must have gone into achieving some of those pictures. Excellent work! :-)

Thanks, I've got much new material already needing only processing and uploading. Some stuff is coming online during weekend when I get back home from countryside so stay tuned.
