    Hey Everyone!
    Hope all is well with you and yours.
    Ok, here's the story. I was given a Sentinel .22 9-shot revolver snub nosed(will try to download picture) with 2 cylinders. One cylinder is fluted and the other is not. In the drawer this gun sat were some .22 magnum cartridges. Was my late dad's gun and we never talked about it so no info. is available to me.
    So, my questions are;
    1) can this pistola shoot .22 mags? or is it strictly .22LR??
    2) are there any differences between the cylinders? fluted vs. non-fluted? both are 9-shot.
    3) anyone know where these guns came from? Or where I can find some information on them?

    I just don't know much about revolvers and I don't want do something stupid just because I saw some wrong ammo in a drawer.

    Appreciate any info. I can get.

    Thanx,

    Carl W

    I have a High Standard Double Nine and it didn't come with a .22 mag cyl and I'm a little jealous. My dad gave it to me and it's my first gun, I'll never get rid of it. It was made in the 60's with an aluminium frame and it's a little worn out but I love it.
