Yes I like all people, but the Kalifornians have overrun Texas, I live No I used to live in a small town its traffic jams and all the mess that goes along with living in the big City.

Zillow is referring to an average home/site and they do have it right/improvements, now add the land.

My brokers thought on what it would sale for, I will keep reducing the price until it sells, even if its $100.
Its off the market for hunting season, don't need a bunch of greenhorns poking around while hunting season is on.

I think your price is decent. There just aren't many people with that kind of cash. It took the previous owners 3 years to sell my place and they dropped their price considerably.

Most of the folks that buy in that range don't use a mortgage co. unless there is a Tax advantage.
