We cooked some of the back straps on the smoker with BBQ sauce, low and slow, this weekend. Had a fairly large number of people here for a cook out. The back straps came out delicious! Also had four broiler halves of well marinated chicken on the smoker which were also quite good.Do ya'll generally find those feral hogs fit to eat, or do you even try?
