I built this oven out of two masterbuilt electric smokers. Not really a how-to, but I thought it may provide some inspiration.

I used one of the original smoker heating elements and an electric charcoal starter. I insulated all walls, roof, and doors with rockwool. The floor was insulated with firebrick, and a little kaowool around the center element. It heats to 300* F in 11 min. Not super fast, but fast enough.
