Has anyone used this brand for attaching muzzle devices that your can mounts to?

I’ve used Rocksett before but tried this one (free shipping on Amazon) as the reviews were pretty good. It was mentioned in the reviews that to get a good bond you need to hear it so I bought an inexpensive heat gun too.

Why not just shim it to time the muzzle device and torque it?

Why not just shim it to time the muzzle device and torque it?

Because when I remove the suppressor, I want the van to come lose from the mount, not the mount and can to come off the barrel.

I bought this stuff to use with the CAM-LOK mounts but haven't tried it yet -

Gasoila - SS04 Soft-Set Pipe Thread Sealant with PTFE Paste, Non Hardening, -100 to 600 Degree F​

It's under $12 and I don't have a full-auto, so 600 degrees should suffice.

The tech nerd in me first thought "Hot Lock Threadlocker" was software that assisted forum admins/moderators to efficiently lock highly questionable threads.
