WTF is Schumer smoking? That detectable metal part is always at least going to be the firing pin. If you detach that to slip it through security you effectively have a non-functional toy. Does he think someones going to get an airport employee to help them get the firing pin past security or something? If that's the case why couldn't they just sneak the whole damned gun? Logic escapes this one.
