(Houston) .223 and 5.56 ammo FS/FT

I have the following for sale or trade:

1000 rounds Federal .223 brass cased FMJ, 55 grain, factory new loose pack in a cardboard box ($575)
420 rounds Federal 5.56x45 brass cased FMJ, 62 grain, factory new loaded on stripper clips packed into an ammo can ($275)

I have these cross listed on Texas Gun Trader for a higher price to leave me room for negotiation, but this is what I really want to get out of this ammo. FTF transactions in the Houston area. Cash preferred. I will accept gold/silver bars/coins after dealer verification. I am not a coin collector, just interested in the value of pure gold/silver.

The only trades I am looking for are towards a Colt 1911, preferably blued.
