Ya they really know how to show a guy a good time! They come down and check our prostates regularly. All in the name of good health, of course, and nothing to do with our being native to the PNW and prone to acts of weirdness...

im not so sure about that. you dont often find top of the food chain predator skeletons out in the woods. ive certainly never seen a mountain lion or bear skeleton and have never heard of any freinds or family ever encountering a bear or mountain lion skeleton in the woods. every now and then you might hear of a skeleton being found but its really quite rare for a predator to die in the open to be found. we had a large doe die in the back of our property one spring and by fall the carcass, bones and every shred of evidence that an animal died there was gone. if a large cryptid were to pass maybe the family unit might bring their bodies back to the caves. with the help of federal government and agents covering up their existence who knows whats possible>
Were they real, someone would have a skeleton by now.
Gorillas were cryptids until they were officially documented and discovered. We still haven't fully explored every inch of ground in the CONUS, even with satellite mapping and imaging. Just because you can see a top down view from the air, doesn't mean you know what its like on the ground.
What round for a Squatch ?
Is that Centerville , Tx? In Leon county?Houstonian checking in although lately i spend half my time in Centerville and currently commute to Maine quarterly. Longtime firearm forum member at arfcom SniperHide HKpro etc. oddly enough just recently found out about this forum here at TGT!
Off topic but would love to hear opinions... Just recently got tipped off on a sasquatch podcast that has me really intrigued about these creatures out in the Sam Houston National forest along the San Jacinto and Trinity rivers and up all the way into the Piney woods and the Kiamichi Mountains of Oklahoma. We actually have a couple hundred acres in the Kiamichi mountains with a 10k sq foot home i want to turn into a Sasquatch themed AirBnb lol.
By the way can anyone point me to a Houston based gunsmith for some various handgun slide machining?

im not so sure. these are nocturnal Hominids we're talking about with probably greater intelligence then any other mammals on the planet minus humans. there are plenty of stories and encounters of them being able to see the infrared easily enough and avoid it in the woods. trail cameras are rarely setup deep in the woods, and even then they are only recording such an infinitesimally small percentage of wooded area that the possibility of catching even some deer, turkey, racoon, etc happens rarely (in regards to the overall population of these animals in the woods) that its no wonder no one is getting good quality footage. the population numbers of these creatures is probably so small they are borderline extinct (humans have killed off these things for thousands of years, they are cannibalistic and have no issues snatching and eating hikers and children/women out of the woods for an easy meal) so its not like the woods are swarming with them like deer or bear populations. With all the game cameras out there, if they were real, there would at least 1 non fuzzy picture.
