Is this really true? In other words, couldn't they arrest and charge, and leave it up to you to prove out (or at least argue)? Think about this from a street cop perspective.

If they wanted to do it on the rare school outings, then I could understand BUT not a permanent ban.

Just parking around the zoo (and the rest of the park) is rough. I still remember a brawl there during their monthly (weekly?) free day for families. Two ladies started fighting over a parking space and it devolved into a multi-person melee!

Dallas and Ft Worth zoos are still the same. Dallas considers itself and amusement park and educational facility. Ft Worth is licensed as a daycare facility.
