How do I go about selling?

I am selling my Gemtech Oasis (Ruger 22/45) and would like to know the procedure if I sell to another individual.

You would prepare a form 4 and the buyer would prepare a responsible person questionnaire. Assunikng the buyer has a trust.

The buyer would get his fingerprints and photographs.

depends on if its in a trust currently and how that trust is set up.
