I've more than my fair share of cardboard bacon from the Embassy suites back when I was a consultant.

I always did mariott, but definitely ate plenty of it. And those powdered eggs...

We had some at the CP in Athens, about 4 months ago. Went back 2 months later... off the menu. So when we got back home i made some. You have to cook the bacon 1st, then fry. I wouldn't make it too crispy. If you try to fry raw bacon with breading, the bacon dont cook all the way.

I’m on 20yrs travel this year. I have 75 nights with Hilton’s, 13 with Marriott, and 11 with IHG this year. I never thought I’d miss any of the crappier ones like holiday inn express until WuFlu. A bunch of places aren’t even serving breakfast, or coffee, or housekeeping until you leave, just crazy. Not crazy. Stupid.

Bacon should be thick and soft, like women I don’t like.
