Price is firm. Would make a good deer rifle. Soft recoil. Base has been installed correctly and has not moved. Pillar screws torqued to howa specs only. All you need is a scope and torque the ring screws to 30 in lbs.

Currently I only have Saturday off. Will meet buyer with mask and gloves.
