    Good. 4473 is an infringement.

Junkie felon wants to buy a gun? So what. Junkie felon will get one regardless. The only people the tens of thousands of existing gun control laws affect are the law abiding.

Get rid of all of them.
    I can drink to that.

I think Bidens and attorneys have already pointed out if an untouchable even gets prosecuted for having a gun as a felon and crack addict they'd counter sue to the supreme court to get that 4473 changed and drag the ATF through the mud while they were at it. Bidens have unlimited money and know where all the skeletons are to push away the defenders of the law. Theres not a chance hunter gets penalized for this and knowing the repercussions nobody wants to attempt it.

Why do you think they delayed prosecution so long? Just like Pence gets off for classified info, so Joe doesn't get prosecuted!!
BUT the pervert broke the STANDING law at the time he signed it!!

I'm not really a fan of that question on the 4473 (as provided for in GCA 68). The question is however, ARE you an unlawful user of, addicted to... Not "have you ever had a toke"? Hunter is such a crackhead that he can't even make a reasonable argument that he wasn't whenever he signed the form.

Heard a real interesting "what If" a few days ago.... Federal Govt legalizes marijuana nationwide with the provision that any store transactions be made by credit card. It's not a far stretch to compare the 4473 database to a code for pot transactions. You are basically incriminating yourself if you check no on the 4473 should you be one that partakes.

So much for the 5th amendment. now that would be an interesting challenge.

Except the form says an unlawful user of illegal drugs. If they aren't illegal, it's not unlawful to use them.
