Due to the fact that my backyard rang area is still somewhat flooded and quite muddy, I'm running low on play ammo., I'm recuperating from a mild though somewhat painful medical procedure relating to major, though possibly, minor, medical issues, and though I occasionally enjoy typing out extensive and various descriptions of various hardware and activities, I normally don't
I went to the range 10 days ago. Nothing happened. Four pistols, 100 rounds 9mm, 100 rounds 45 ACP. No malfunctions.
End of report.
Glad you could come out yesterday Shane. Sorry it was kinda short.Went to the newly opened EZ-Range in central Texas today. We popped off a few rounds but were more interested in the newly
acquired land area...
Met EZ this mornin on his way through Fairfield then drove out to see his new place after work this mornin. Had a good time. Beautiful day for a trip to visit. Short visit and popped a few rounds then off to the feed trough.
Nice day.
I'll take a pencil nest trip.Yet you can still do a range report. It might even be pretty interesting...
Y'all are some lousy reporters.
Yep no worries. Meetups are more about the people and it was good to see you and your better half. Beautiful day and its a nice piece of country for driving. Bikers all over the place on the way home.Glad you could come out yesterday Shane. Sorry it was kinda short.
We'll be back out in the next week or two & make a day of it.
Once we get settled you're more than welcome to come out.Sounds like it'd be a nice place to take a road trip.
Start off with a Ruger .480. After that, everything will seem like a .22.You want a range report?

My Rossi & my M9-22 both seemed to shoot so soft today that they didn't feel very satisfying. But, my Phoenix was just right.
The 9mm's (1911 & 5906) seemed to kick harder today. It might be because I shot the 22LR's first.
But, everything worked just right.
Except for my NAA revolver. I was having trouble getting the cylinder back in once loaded. I gave up pretty quickly because the fact that you have to put your hand so close to the muzzle to lock the cylinder back in made me too nervous.
I'll have to practice more at home and then try again next time.
No thanks.Start off with a Ruger .480. After that, everything will seem like a .22.
Nice shooting.243 raffs
