Apparently not. I seemed to remember a long thread about this and all I did was pull that statement from the DPS site. Either way, if some dude at a place of business tells me either "no" or says GTFO out I will no longer trespass on their property.

I am also under the impression that if I receive and "oral" warning that firearms are not allowed on their property that that too means you cannot carry there.
