I decided to burn through some of this hard earned .22lr.
I was sighting in the iron sights at 25yrds while trying out three different types of ammo. The Federal AutoMatch and Winchester M-22 performed extremely well. The Winchester copper plated hollow point had 2-3 flyers out of every ten rounds.
The M&P 15-22 did it's job and ate through all the ammo I fed it. Single, burst to rapid fire it ate em' all and spit em' out. No FTF's or FTE's. My trick shot of the morning was provided by a .45acp casing I found laying around. I was able to tag that little sucker from 25yrds on my 3rd shot. I tried like crazy to find it in the berm but no luck.
