    If I understand this correctly, and I'm not at all sure that I do:

    For non LTC holders, the sign doesn't mean anything.

    For LTC holders it doesn't mean anything unless:

    An agent of the establishment verbally reiterates the sign, in which case you need to vacate the premises or you are comitting non felony criminal trespass.

    Premises being, effectively, buildings.

    Am I just being thick? It isn't intuitive. The prohibited places are pretty straight forward.

    Any ideas on LTC holder employee in a place with no 30.06 but a no CC clause in the handbook? Cause for termination, but an infraction?

    Pretty much correct, and for an LTC holder leaving when asked is a defense to prosecution. There’s potentially another DTP available, too.

    In short though, there’s not a single 30.06 conviction on DPS’ crime stats page though, which should tell you something. Especially if you think through the gymnastics that have to occur to get a cop there to cite you knowing that the store can’t keep you from leaving.
