We need to meet up at Goodsons in Tomball they have the best
Chicken fried steak in Texas. Then they come out with the big
home made rolls and a bowl of country gravey.
Also mashed pototatoes and great cole slaw.

That place is hit and miss for us. Sometimes it's great, other times it seems like the bus boy is cooking. I guess we have just caught them at bad times. I'll give them another try on your suggestion.

Your are correct, but it is most definitely a cream gravy not your typical thin consistency brown gravy most people think of.......
