    Oh I think we know whom the sign is intended for. It's one thing to converse privately amongst your party in another language, it's another to expect everyone else to do the same.

    We should have similiar signs at the borders and customs in the airports.
    "Welcome to America, now speak English, if you can't, turn around and go back till you learn...have a nice day".

    Nah, you can't have it at Customs. American tourists rarely speak the language of the country they visit. Would be a bit hypocritical.
