Injuries/incident at FBI training facility in Orange County, CA?

Newsmax just mentioned this. They say no FBI perps were involved, but it was Orange County Police there for training? Some kind of "violence" happened on the gun range, but no life-threatening injuries. The story is very convoluted and incomplete. Anyone hear any details?
