We sure as hell need one now. It's getting worse every election.

True. George Bush Senior was a great administrator, but he was no leader. Yah, we read his lips all right.....

Being a politician, even elected, does not automatically make one a leader, skeeter. While he may or may not be a leader, one can't say that he isn't an excellent politician... he sure can smile and talk.

The elections keep going downhill because Americans are becoming more apathetic voters. The more apathetic they become the more the government--populated by morons of the Barney Frank and Nancy Pelosi caliber--abuse their governmental authority and the less free Americans become. It's a descent with no clear, immediate resolution.
