Finished my 3 month jury duty selection sentence last month without stepping foot in a courtroom. I hope I never get on a Federal District Court jury duty again. I can handle one day going to the courthouse, but putting my life on hold for 3 months sucks.

Just walk in with a rope over your shoulder and shout "Hang him! I don't care if he is my brother-in-law!"

I did something very similar to this for a federal court jury summons. They have never called me back.

That was back in 2003 I believe.
