KBH didnt vote?

My uncle said that KBH didnt show up to vote on the health care bill recently?? I knew it was 60-39 but, I didnt know who the 40th vote was?

She wouldn't have been that stupid. I'm not a big fan of KBH, but I'd first believe that a paper or person made a mistake than she was dumb enough to not vote nay.
