Kimber Solo??

I thought I had it narrowed down for a pocket rocket, between the lcp and S&W BG 380....but then somebody posted about there new Kimber Solo.
I was not even aware kimber made something so small.
Anybody got any dope on this lil guy? Know of any shops in San Antonio that may have one?

Don't pay attention to all the chatter online about this firearm not performing. I fired 70 rounds today (all my hand could take) and didn't have a single failure. I followed Kimber's instructions and only fired 124gr +p ammo. Not only was it reliable but she was accurate as well. It is much more accurate than my LCP but she also has much bigger and better sights. I would be willing to let anyone try it out locally, just be willing to go to the Bullethole during the week and bring your own ammo.

MSRP is $725. You can reserve one at that price almost anywhere. If you must have it now, they are selling up to $1000 on Gunbroker. I was lucky in finding a master dealer who gave me his copy new in the box for msrp.

Ive seen one and dry fired, it long trigger pull no discernible trigger reset but real concealable and high CDI factor (at GT dist in Austin)

Trigger is loooooooonnnnnnnngggggggg! But that's ok. I may be at the range tomorrow but I try to get there early enough to snag one of the private bays. Depends on the weather and if it's nice enough to take the boat out.

That's unfortunate. Not really what I'd expect from a single action striker design.

Ive been pretty done with Kimber but the Solo has grabbed my attention.

Its disgusting watching the prices people are trying to get right now, When it gets to a NORMAL cost i'll probably buy one.
