A very minimal amount of research has led me to believe it is not now nor will be a serious is drug issue anywhere in the states. Being as it is synthesized from codeine as a subsitute for heroine. Heroine is pretty established here and easy to find as are other opiates. krokodil seems to be a crappier imitation that just gained popularity in russia due to successful crackdowns on heroine and ease of access to codeine. Codeine aint terribly hard to find here but has a big "urban" following in its own right. Competing against that market for the resources to make a junk imitation version of an otherwise available drug seems counter inuitive. Its like trying to sell spice or K2 in Colorado.
