Im reloading about 1,000 rounds of brass 7.62 soviet and was wondering how to put a lacquer sealant on the rounds, for long time storage and or is it necessary on brass cases vs. steel cases.

Sealant is not needed unless you are going to go fording rivers with it. Keep is stored in an airtight container like a Mil ammo can w/good seal and it will keep til after you have assumed room temperature.

Well I hope I wont be fording rivers, who knows what 15 yrs down the road will bring. These rounds wont be fired for that period on time, if not more.
