I just checked and it plays for me, but then, I'm the one that attached it...

For me, it's always the quad of evil; ATF, FBI, CIA, and IRS. If Trump could drastically reduce their budgets, staff, and reach, the country could be on the road to recovery and success.

That’s true. A reach-around would be that the President is also the Commander-in-Chief, and due to the War Powers Act, could unilaterally declare war on the alphabet agencies and order the military to summarily execute them all.

The better solution would be anyone appointed, or serving at the pleasure of the president being fired and replaced in the upper echelons of leadership in every "alphabet" agency
