I'll be hunting hawg and deer on my cousins place in East Texas this year. Someone told me that nobody would process the hawg for me. Just to be clear we'll be cleaning and quartering if necessary - what I'd like is:
1 - A processor that can deep freeze the meat first to kill stuff like trichinosis
2 - Butcher the meat into cuts
3 - Reasonable price for services.
I'd like to be prepared before I actually start hunting - the plan is late June to get some hawgs.
    Thanks!

Hudsons on Congress has a good reputation. I dont know if they process pigs.

Taylor meat company used to, but I dont know if they still do.

But your best bet it to do it yourself. All it takes it time, effort, and more time. :) Actully it you can break it down to quarters you have done the hard part. Go to half price books and pick up a book or two on processing meats.

Biggest issue is the deep freezing - you need to get down to 20 below to kill flesh parasites.
In a pinch I can butcher but usually they can do it better/faster and they get discounts on butcher paper. ;)
