Local get togethers

I live in Sugarland and work in Houston and several of my friends talk about how cool it would be to meet with with a bunch of fellow gun lovers and go shooting either or some nearby land or a local range. Does this happen anywhere on a regular basis besides Northwest Houston ?

Keep an eye on the Houston thread. We sometimes assemble a crew from the Katy area and go shoot at American Shooting Centers in George Bush Park.

We haven't done it in a while, but start a new thread about getting one together and imam sure you'll have some interest.

I went to shoot my S&W 686 revolver last weekend at American Shooting Center. I went alone as always but had a fun time talking and shooting with the guys next to me that were there. I hadnt shot that gun in 35 years. It shoots better than i remembered.

it's the first Saturday of every April and October. it hasn't been officially announced yet but i'm pretty sure the next one will be at the same place - Texas Star Shooting Range in Kempner, TX.
