Lone Star Shooting Sports on Lubbock

    Finally opened this week in the old Trane warehouse outside the West loop.
    Looks to be a nice setup. They're still sparse on inventory but looking to bulk up shortly. I like the handgun display. No need to have an employee open a case for you. They're tethered to a table and available to pick up and get a feel for them. (The handguns, not the employees)

    Is one able to rack and test fire the trigger?

    I didn't try them all but for the most part, yes. One my wife tried wouldn't play the game though. I'm not certain why.
    It seems that they are the actual firearm, not a made-for-display-only mock up. No magazines in them. Maybe they removed the firing pin to render them non-firing. In any event it's a nice setup.
