Looking for a +2 mag ext

Does anyone know where I can find a +2 ext for the mag on my moss 500 cruiser. I cant find one anywhere I can find plenty of pics of them but no one selling them.

I got the cruiser breacher model it has a 590 tube on it instead of the regular 500 tube with the bolt on barrel. Thanks for helping though Im waiting for a reply to a man who makes them custom off of one of the boards named max100.
