    Gentlemen,

I need to find a factory take off grip safety. I need a commander grip safety to use while I get my pistol set up before sending to a smith for completion.
What I'm looking for is a spur type grip safety that's cut out for a Commander ring hammer. I've checked Everywhere I can think of and had no luck.

    Thanks for your help

All beaver tail grip safeties are made for commander hammers but fitting may be required to work with your frame. If the gun is going to the smith for target trigger work chances are safety, trigger, hammer, seer and maybe your part you just asked about will need to be replaced.

So to get the best trigger possible let the smith install the B.Tail.
