Looking for a Gunsmith

I am looking for a quality gun smith to cut down a barrel and perm attach a muzzle break to make my rifle exactly 16".

What would something like this typically run me?

What gunsmiths in the Austin area could take on this type of modification?

60 for the threading and 30 for the perm attached break\flash is what I'd expect.
