Looking for a new home for a dog

I need to get rid of one of my dogs. He is a very energetic 8 month old mixed breed. Part pit bull terrier and German shepherd, I believe.
He is not yet neutered. He is an outside dog.
He is good with other dogs, likes to chase and torment cats, but doesn’t really hurt them. I have kids and he is good with them, just gets very excited and jumpy.
He is not good with livestock, which is why he must go.
The damn shelters want to charge a fee just to turn him in.

My 'best friend' was hit by a car back in September. I've been expecting another to show up for a while now (IDK just seems to work that way). Sounds like he may be just what I hoped for.
